We want you to love your lashes, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Falscara purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused beauty products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused lash wisps, bond, and seal in their original containers and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
